It’s been a whirlwind week for us here at the Centre Foundation. More like a whirlwind couple of months, really. A lot of behind the scenes work goes into making an event like Centre Gives happen, which is why we’re so happy the event was such a success, raising more than $415,000 for 74 local nonprofits.
We couldn’t have put this event together without the help of many, many people. Thank you to KIMBIA, who facilitated the event and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you to the nonprofit administrators who worked with us in preparing for the event and did a great job of encouraging their supporters to give. And last but not least, thank you to all of the donors who participated in Centre Gives. You showed everyone what an amazing, caring community we have here in Centre County.
